Pastel Look #3: “Balancing Biz, Job and Fun”

What’s up guys??? Just got back from Dallas and got to learn from great entrepreneurs and millionaires! Always excited to listen to people that are in a much better place than me. I see myself at the top so I have to surround myself and learn from them as well. With that being said, I think we can all relate with juggling multiple tasks and things in our life. Whether we have kids or not we still have jobs, go to school, build businesses, take care of kids (those who have them), cook, workout, grocery shop, etc. so much to fit in our schedule! How in the world do we breathe?
Personally I love to have fun and with having a job and building my business and other things on top I feel like I need to breathe! So how have I learned to do it? SCHEDULING and DISCIPLINE! I know you’ve heard it before “schedule your day” if you have goals to accomplish and things to get done, you’re gonna have to get used to it. I write everything I’m gonna do in a day down, sometimes a week ahead to keep myself sane! Also don’t BS yourself either. If you know very well you’ve got things you could be doing to either better yourself and/or your business then make sure you get the job done first before anything else. It comes down to prioritizing it and how bad do you really want to have it (IT being your dreams, biz, money, etc.) Now, while many may think or frown upon having fun or going out to have a good time… I personally don’t. As long as you get done what has to be done there’s nothing wrong with taking the evening/night to take a breather, let loose (in a healthy way haha), and have some fun.
I definitely agree with sacrifice and maybe not being as social now since you’re in the building phase but I do feel many times we get so caught up in building we forget about what truly matters. Living in the moment and Enjoying the process and learning to have fun while we’re at it.
So with that being said and in honor of all you party people that went to get drunk on St. Patrick’s day, today’s outfit features a “greenish” (lol) Mari Sabe top. I love that I could tie the top up and make it a little more fitted. A huge reason why I love fashion, you can make it YOU… literally! I’ve attached the direct link to the top at the bottom and It’s also on sale! I loved how the jeans added that perfect touch of pastel to the full outfit (link to shop is also below.)
